Glacier Sports Group

Fortifying Youth Sports

Facilities & Operators

To Build Lasting Value and Long-Term Growth

An Alliance of Sports Facilities

Glacier Sports Group is building a network of independent youth sports facilities across the United States — likeminded owners with strong community mission, local identities, and the operating fundamentals to grow with the right support behind them.

We do not operate like a private equity firm or a strategic competitor. Instead, our focus is creating a coalition of collaborative facility operators that can benefit from additional growth capital, back-office infrastructure, operational support, shared learning, and increased employee career opportunities — all of which sit behind a group of owners who continue to run their businesses with autonomy and continuity.

Our model is built around strength in numbers and alignment. Owners take meaningful liquidity at close, retain real equity in the business, and participate in the long-term upside as the platform grows.

Why Glacier Sports Group

Liquidity now, equity in the upside. Take meaningful chips off the table at close and retain real ownership in a larger platform. An ownership stake in our platform comes at a much higher valuation as part of a larger group, more so than if someone acquired 100% of your business upfront, giving you a second bite at the apple.

Full operating autonomy. You continue to run your business with full day-to-day control unless you want out. Your team, brand, culture, legacy, and customer relationships stay exactly where they are. We do not impose corporate playbooks on businesses that already work.

A network of peers, not a portfolio. The expertise that single-facility owners spend years acquiring alone — pricing strategies, hiring, capex planning, marketing systems, technology — moves across the Glacier network. Most operators in this industry are isolated. Inside the network, you are not.

Career paths for your best people. Strong managers, coaches, and operators inside a single facility often hit the ceiling fast. Inside the Glacier network, your best people get broader roles, cross-market promotions, professional development, and a real career ladder. Your business becomes a better place for top talent to build a career — which makes it easier to keep them.

Institutional resources without institutional friction. The capital, marketing, technology, insurance, and back-office support of a much larger company — without the bureaucracy, short time windows, or corporate decision-making that drives operators out of traditional private equity partnerships.

A People-First, Value-Added Platform Maintaining Owner Autonomy

We partner with owners who have built a strong, well-run legacy, and we provide them with the capital, infrastructure, and operating support to build upon the reputation they’ve worked so hard to create.

Glacier Sports aims to create a people-first, value-added platform. Our role is to remove the operational friction that constrains independent operators — back-office, technology, insurance, capital, marketing — so the owner and team can focus on what they do best: serving athletes, families, and their community.

What earned the owner's reputation stays with the owner. What constrains growth moves to the platform to help each partner reach its full potential.

Flexible Transition Options

We don't impose a single transaction structure. Every partnership is built around what the owner actually wants — the level of continued involvement, the equity retained, the timeline, and the terms. No fixed deal structure, no single playbook used for everyone.

Some owners are looking to scale with additional capital and operating support. Others are planning a transition to the next generation of leadership. Many are preparing a full exit on their own timeline, or are merely looking for support. We’ll make it work for you.

Flexibility matters now more than ever. The youth sports industry is changing rapidly. Costs are rising, demand is growing, and customer expectations have shifted toward modern digital experiences. The owners we work with sit at very different points in that journey — we meet each owner where they are.

Value Driven Growth Rooted In Partnership

Our focus is on building stronger organizations, developing the next generation of leadership, and reinvesting in the parts of the business that drive durable growth. We operate on long time horizons because the changes that actually move the needle take more than a few quarters to compound.

We believe in employee-centered cultures at each business in our network, providing the back-office systems that let owners focus on operations, and surfacing the data that turns instinct into strategy. The result is a business that runs better under pressure and serves its customers more consistently.

The owners we partner with succeed when we do. That alignment is structural, not aspirational — built into the deal terms and reinforced by how we work day to day. Growth happens because the operators driving it are still the ones who built the business.

Glacier Sports provides the benefits of ownership without the burden.

The administrative weight of running a business — payroll, insurance, technology, vendor management, hiring infrastructure — moves to the platform. Owners stay focused on what they do best: serving athletes, families, and the team they've built.

Most well-run youth sports businesses leave value on the table. It's not a failure of the owner — it's a function of scale. The resources required to capture that value (centralized marketing, modern technology, institutional pricing on insurance, full-time financial reporting) sit beyond what any single facility can fund or staff. Our role is to provide those resources without forcing the operator to change what already works.

A lot of what makes a partnership with Glacier valuable is invisible from the outside: demand generation that drives customers to the facility, a technology stack standardized across the network, insurance procurement on terms no individual operator can access, back-office systems running in the background, capital available when an expansion opportunity appears, and a peer network of operators solving the same problems.

Our Strategy

We are deliberate about who we partner with. The businesses we acquire share our standards for how employees, customers, and communities should be treated, and the operators who run them are open to a partnership that benefits everyone involved. Owners can stay deeply involved or step away entirely. We work with both.

If you want to keep running the business, you retain full day-to-day control. The platform brings capital, marketing, technology, insurance, and back-office infrastructure — sitting behind you, ready when needed. The scale advantages of a much larger company, without giving up what made the business yours.

If you’re ready to step back, the transition happens on your timeline, with your team in place, and the operating identity of the business preserved. You define the scope and the hand-off plan. We build the deal around it.
